I look forward to trying out these recipes. Thanksgiving is coming late this year, but it will be special. The cookbook is easy to use. Thank you for thinking of us cooks that need inventive ways for leftovers.
This was a free book that was recommended by a book club I follow on FaceBook. Im not sure it is free anymore.
Turkey is one of the meats that I can eat so having a recipe book with different turkey recipes together is a great resource for me since I eat turkey a lot. Thanks for sharing such a nice variety.
The one thing that attracted me the most towards this book was the ease of following the directions. Most of the recipes have pictures and the steps are not crammed like in other recipe books you have seen. The picture are clear and the recipes and mouth watering!
Here is a clear and concise recipe book with great ideas to pass that extra turkey and the potatoes too! Directions are very clear and images mouth watering. Can't wait to try those fried wontons that seem so original; simple heart warming soups; easy wraps ideas - so many more great ideas! Try it!
When I was a little girl, my grandmother told me there were starving children in China and I should eat everything on my plate because it was a sin to waste food. The message lives on and I feel a stab of guilt when I throw food out. I am so happy to have this cookbook with great ideas to use all those Thanksgiving leftovers. Can't wait to try them out. Awesome!!!
We don't do holiday leftover recipes in my family - that's because we only have this holiday dinner once a year and can't stop eating the leftovers before anyone can decide to do something else with them. I really downloaded this out of curiosity and excitedly opened it up and was instantly disappointed....

1) No Table of Contents - who uses a cookbook without knowing what's in it and where to find recipes for the leftovers they have?

2) All the recipes run together - I like my digital cookbooks with a page break, so I know it's the end of the recipe when I'm cooking (it's a cook's thing!).

3) Recipes are in different formats - like you find them on the Internet or your card recipe file. I like all the recipes in a cookbook in the same format; they're easier to use that way.

4) Turkey Enchiladas - Let's say I follow the recipe instructions to "wrap tortillas in foil." Now I make the sauce and I'm ready to fill the tortillas. Well, they're still in the oven and the recipe says to "spoon the chicken and sauce mixture atop each tortilla. Roll up." They're already rolled up and in the oven. I'm confused... well - I'm not, because I'm a cook and I know to read the entire recipe BEFORE I get started. What about someone who is new to cooking? Kinda confusing!!

5) Some of the recipes have pictures, but not all of them. Makes me think they couldn't find pictures for the rest. How about taking your own? Usually cookbooks have pictures at the beginning of a section to represent what you'll find in the following section.

6) I thought I was done with all the issues in the book. Evidently not because now the recipe heading is on 1 page and the recipe is on the next. Oops - fonts have changed!!! I'll stop now.

Maybe the recipes are OK - they're leftovers, after all. Personally, I wouldn't trust the cookbook with all the inconsistencies.

I like the cover and the pics inside; just not the mess.
I loved 30 Great Recipes for Thanksgiving Leftovers! The author has not only provided recipes for leftover Turkey but for almost everything else one would have for a Holiday Dinner. I was impressed with the recipes for leftover potatoes and vegetables. A must try is the Cranberry Banana Bread recipe! The Thanksgiving leftover casserole looks like a good way to use up the leftovers in a hurry. I would recommend this book to everyone who's planning a holiday meal and wants clever ideas to use up those leftovers.
